Shipping Information

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, delivery services are experiencing delays across the network, which may result in your order arriving later than expected. Please know that we are dispatching orders as soon as possible, but some delays may be out of our control.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a flat fee for all domestic orders.

Please allow 1-2 days for order dispatch. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled the following business day. 

We currently only ship within Australia. 

Returns & Exchanges

We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out the way we want. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact and we will do our best to work out a solution for you. 

We accept returns on all full price purchases within 30 days of order placement that abide by our policy: 

  1. The bottle is in original condition
  2. The freshness seal has not been broken or damaged 

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items. 

To initiate a return, please contact with your order number, reason for return and photo of the bottle. 

If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact within 48 hours of receiving your product so we can organise a replacement for you.
