Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship within Australia only via Australia Post.

  • Free shipping on orders over $80
  • Flat rate $10 shipping on orders under $80

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia Post delivery estimates (once dispatched):

  • Parcel Post: 3-6 business days
  • Express Post: 1-3 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or due to Australia Post network delays.

Delays & Parcels Held for Collection

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post.

If a delivery attempt is missed, parcels may be taken to a local post office for collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by Australia Post.

Orders that are:

  • In transit
  • Available for collection
  • Held at a post office
  • Delayed but within Australia Post’s estimated delivery window

are not considered lost.

Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost only once Australia Post has confirmed it as lost in transit.

If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will work with you to arrange next steps.

Refunds & Returns Related to Shipping

Refunds are not issued for orders that are:

  • Still in transit
  • Available for collection
  • Delivered but not returned

If an order is delivered and you wish to request a refund, products must be returned to us unopened in accordance with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If a payment dispute is lodged with a payment provider (including PayPal), the matter must be resolved through that provider’s dispute resolution process. Refunds cannot be issued outside of an active dispute.
